Free Shipping

All sex dolls are shipped for FREE within the most parts of USA, either for USA-stock sex dolls or custom sex dolls.

All taxes and customs clearance fees are included in the price you see on our website, and we take care of these costs whenever we can.

Discreet Shipping

We care about our client's privacy.

Our sex dolls are completely covert and packed in a plain, unbranded box with careful protection.

The contents of the package are unknown to the handler or courier.

Estimated Delivery Time

In-stock sex dolls (USA warehouse)

  • Courier handling time. It takes about 3-7 business days for the in-stock sex dolls to be couriered out.
  • Shipping time. The shipping time is based on the local courier and the address; once the doll's courier is out, you will receive a courier number for tracking the cargo.

Custom sex dolls

  • Production time. It takes 8-10 business days to make a doll, depending on the selected custom options. 
  • Courier handling process. It takes 1-3 business days to arrange the courier for the custom sex dolls.
  • Shipping time. The shipping time is based on the local courier and the destination; once the doll is couriered, you will receive a courier number for tracking the cargo.

NOTE: The delivery time is estimated based on standard handling procedures; it may be delayed during the Chinese holiday, including but not limited to The New Year Holiday, Christmas Day, National Day, Chinese Spring Festival, etc.

Tracking Package

We will send you a tracking courier number once the package is shipped. So please remember:

  • Leave the correct shipping address.
  • Keep an eye on your package tracking in case it gets in trouble (e.g., suspending tracking, missing item, etc.) till it arrives.

Delivery Changes

Change shipping address

Please confirm the address is correct before shipment. 

If you need to change the courier address after the package has been sent out, please contact us first.

Please kindly note that if any charges occurred due to the shipping address change after the package was sent out, such costs would be for your account.

Pick up at courier center

If you want to pick up your package at a courier center directly, please inform us of the address before the shipment is sent out so that we can leave a note in advance. 

BTW, you must call the store to confirm if they allow pickups and if the package is still in courier center, in case the package is delivered to an invalid or refused address by courier.

Hold On / Change Delivery Time

  • Before sending out. If the package is yet sent out, you can contact us to hold on to the send-out of the sex doll. 
  • After sending out. If the package is sent out, and you are unavailable at the estimated time shown by the courier, you can directly contact the courier to change it to a more suitable date. 

NOTE: Please leave the correct phone number and keep your mobile open so you can receive our or the courier's message in case of any urgent things.

Check the package upon receipt

Upon receipt of the package, you should carefully inspect the following:

  • If the package carton has been corrupted when you receive it, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • We recommend you open each unit and examine it, even if the cartons look fine from the outside. If there is any damage, take pictures or videos. 

Sometimes we may need your help to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the doll is damaged during shipping.

Package Issues

Wrong Dolls

When you receive the sex doll and find it looks different from the website, please show us photos or videos that clearly shows the outside package carton, shipping label, the whole body, and the head.

Once receive your report, we will check with our warehouse, factory, and shipping carrier and arrange a new correct one for you.

Damaged Dolls

  • For severe damage, you should reject the receipt and file a claim with the shipping carrier upon receiving the package and contact us to report the damage. We will assist you with the claim to the shipping carrier and arrange for a new sex doll for replacement.
  • For slight damage, we can arrange replacement parts or a repair kit.

Missing Package

If the package is sent out and you get the tracking number but have yet to receive the package on the estimated receipt date, please call the shipping carrier or contact us ASAP. We will assist with checking the package.
