Order Cancellation

We handle all the orders day to day to make sure you can get your sex doll as fast as possible, so please make sure your order information is correct before you confirm it.

But if you need to revise or cancel the order, we currently offer the below order change & cancellation policy: 

In-stock Sex Dolls in the USA

• WITHIN 12 hours of payment, you can change or cancel your order for free.
• After 12 hours upon payment & before the package is couriered out, if you want to change or cancel your order, you will be charged USD 350 per doll for order change or cancellation.
• If the package is couriered out, DO NO accept order change or cancellation.

Custom Sex Dolls

• For standard custom sex doll orders, you can change or cancel the order within 24 hours of payment.
• After 24 hours upon order payment, the custom order will be under procession, and if you want to change or cancel the order, you will be charged a 10% handling fee based on the order amount.
• If the sex doll is completed but not couriered out, and you insist on changing or canceling the order, you will be charged a 20% handling fee based on the order amount.
• If the order package is couriered out, we DO NOT accept change or cancellation.
