Sex dolls that can be returned or replaced

Unused USA Stock Sex Dolls

We only accept the return request for those UNUSED standard sex dolls delivered from our USA warehouse. For custom sex dolls, we donot accept return request after delivery out.

For such return request, please keep the sex doll UNUSED with original shipping label and package.

If any special request, please contact with our customer service representative.

Damaged Sex Dolls

For the sex doll that found damaged or polluted upon receipt, you can claim the return & refund to, following below points:

  • Reject the reception of the package & file a claim to the courier
  • Take photos or videos of unopened damaged package, open package, the whole sex doll and the head.
  • Contact with our customer service representative to report the damage ASAP. 

Wrong Sex Dolls

When you receive the package and find it looks different from the order, you can send us photos or video that clearly shows the outside package carton, shipping label, the whole body, and the head, to request a return or refund.

Sex dolls that CANNOT be returned or replaced

  • USED sex doll.
  • Sex doll WITHOUT ORIGINAL label or package.
  • Sex doll with defects (eg.: scratches or damages) for client’s responsibility.
  • Sex doll that not ordered in
  • Other situation that judged not within the return&refund policy by our customer support team.

Return Procedure

  1. Report a return request to our custom service representative.
  2. Send photos or videos (including the outside package carton, shipping label, the whole body, and the head) to our customer service representative for approval, which will take about 2-5 business days.
  3. When approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number.
  4. When you receive the Return Authorization Number, you can arrange to sent the sex doll back to our authorized address, and remember to provide the courier number to our custom service representative.
  5. When we receive the returned package, our warehouse will check the product and feedback in around 2-5 business days.
  6. After check and confirm the returned package is all right, we will arrange the cost deduction and fefund the rest payment accordingly.


  • Please DO NOT file a claim with your payment card directly.
  • Please DO NOT return the package directly, we cannot accept return package without a Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Related Handling Time

  • Expiry Date for requesting a return: 14 days upon the receipt of package
  • Handling time for a return approval: 2-5 business days
  • Handling time for return package checking: 2-5 business days

  • Return handling charge: 50% per doll based on order price, on client’s account
